SANTA ANA HOUSING
A feasibility study involved converting an office building in Orange County into 80+ residential units. The plan proportions lent themselves well to the change of use, but the low floor to floor height proved to be the challenge when required to fitting the required services.
The goal of the study was to demonstrate feasibility of the project to both the seller and to the planing authorities whose approval was required.
While our study demonstrated the schemes feasibility,it succumbed to the inevitable financial vicissitudes the accompany the speculative nature of development.
